you will have to more down if you want that payment. Remember you have to add sales tax,doc fees, tags, etc.. To get the best rate probably in the 700’s.

unless you are over 30 and have a 750 score on your credit, you won’t get an Acura from Acura credit. (unless you put down $10,000)
To answer one part of your question, a V6 Accord with leather and no navigation is $28000 (minus a little @ dealer). An MDX without tech will be like $39000 in my area. But why in the world would you cross shop between an Accord and an MDX? Accord/ TL and Pilot/ MDX are much more alike.
